Govt degree colleges into campaign mode to increase admissions

RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, JUNE 5, 2023: Mr Konduru Ravinder Rao has formally released campaign posters for increasing admissions into the Government Degree College in Gambhiraopeta mandal headquarters on Monday.
Appreciating the college management for taking initiatives to launch a campaign to encourage enrolment of students into the government degree college, Mr Ravinder Rao said that the GDC, Gambhiraopet, was the one of the best educational institutions in the state with the initiatives taken by Minister for IT K Taraka Rama Rao. Stating that the GDC Gambhiraopet was part of the KG to PG conception education in the state, he said that the college was fully equipped with qualified faculty and the library and computer labs etc.
Stating that the GDC Gambhiraopet during its first attempt only secured NAAC B+ grade recently, he called upon the students to accord first priority for the GDC Gambhiraopeta during the online registration in DOST for admissions. He said that the college had also won appreciations for helping the students to secure employment by conducting the placement drives by inviting reputed multi-national companies. College principal Dr V Vijaya Lakshmi, vice principal Dass and others were also present.
