Former Hyderabad IIT director delivers lecture at JITS
KARIMNAGAR: Former Hyderabad IIT Director Prof Uday B Desai has delivered a lecture on “Cyber-Physical Systems, IoT and Artificial intelligence” for the students of Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (JITS) on the outskirts of Karimnagar town on November 12, 2022.
As part of the lecture series organised by the JITS as part of its silver jubilee celebrations, the former Hyderabad IIT professor delivered the lecture and educated the students on IoT, Smart Agriculture and in-depth details about the subject.
Similarly, eminent professors from the University of Kansas, USA, Dr Saini Joseph and Vinod Nambudri spoke on “Seamless, scalable and inclusive location-based service for community” through online mode.
Motivational speech for first-year students
Eminent motivational speaker and psychologist Prof Ravikanth Regella has educated the B Tech first-year students on “Code of Ethics in Engineering Education” as part of lecture series organised by the Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science (JITS) on the outskirts of Karimnagar town on November 12, 2022.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Regella said that following moral values would help the students excel in society. Calling upon the students to set goals and progress ahead, he said that Education does not mean only books and it is also aimed to help the society and share the knowledge for the development of the country.
