Computer literacy day celebrated at govt women’s college

JAGTIAL: The Computer department of the government women’s degree college in Jagtial town has observed the Computer literacy day on Thursday by educating the students about the importance of computer knowledge.
Speaking on the occasion, college principal Y Satyanarayana said that computers have become an essential part of our rapidly growing digital world and were required to carry out daily tasks. Hence, it was time to raise awareness around the usage of computers in order to keep up with the digitally revolutionized world.
He also called upon the students to use the computers for a better purpose as there was every possibility of its misuse too. Faculty members Harijit Kaur, Adepu Rajani, Satyaprakash, Shankaraiah, Jyothilaxmi, Tirupathi, Sunitha, Jyothsna and others were also present.
