Bharath Scouts and Guides Jamboree in Rajasthan from January 4 to 10, 2023

KARIMNAGAR: The Karimnagar District Bharath Scouts and Guides organised a preparatory meeting under the chairmanship of district president Kankanala Ram Reddy for the ensuing 18th National Jamboree at its district office at Paramita high school in Karimnagar town on Thursday (September 8, 2022).
The National Scout and Guide Jamboree, a mega event, will be organized from January 4 to 10, 2023 at Rohat in the Pali district of Rajasthan state. Over 35 thousand Scouts and Guides from all over the country, including 1,500 from various foreign countries, will participate in the 18th National Jamboree to be hosted by Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides.
A total of eight Scouts and 8 Guides from the Karimnagar district were selected to participate in the national jamboree. Various programmes such as adventure valley, global village development, integration games, march past, colour party, folk dance, physical performance, state day exhibition, band performance, rock climbing, parasailing, water activities etc would be organised during the seven-day jamboree.
District training commissioner Sharief Ahmed, head commissioner Tirupathi Rao, district organising commissioner A Sadaiah, senior scouts and guides Ch Indira, Shravan Kumar, D Rajitha, G Mallesham Ganesh Singh Thakur and others were also present.
