Alphores educational institutions chairman receives Gandhi Seva Puraskar
KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 02, 2023: Alphores educational institutions chairman V Narender Reddy received the prestigious Gandhi Seva Puraskar for the year 2023 for his role and contributions in the field of education sector in the Telangana state.
At a programme organised by Gandhi club of Karimnagar affiliated with the Gandhi clubs of International on the occasion of Gandhi birth anniversary celebrations on Monday, Gandhi club Telangana state president J Raghunandhan Rao, Gandhi club district president Tatikonda Bhaskar and others presented the award. Mr Narender Reddy had played crucial role for the education sector by setting various schools and colleges and stopping the migration of students to other states for quality education. He was instrumental in helping several students secure admissions in IITs, NITs, government medical colleges etc.
On this occasion, Students of Alphores educational institutions have paid rich tributes to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi by taking out a ‘sadhbhavana’ rally from the Alphores main campus to the Gandhi statue at Kharkhanagadda in Karimnagar town on Monday. The students paid floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi and participated in cultural programmes highlighting the importance of Gandhi and his non-violence.
The school management and organisers of Gandhi club presented certificates and mementoes to the students of Alphores schools who had excelled in essay writing competitions conducted on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi birth anniversary celebrations. The winners include; B Adhya (third class), Haveesh Reddy K (fourth), Likith Manikya Rao (fifth), R Sai Sudiksha (sixth), A Gautham (seventh class), M Shruthi (eighth), Y Charvi, N Reena, Sanchitha and Chandana Manchala (ninth class).
