SCC exams in March/April 2022

KARIMNAGAR: The Telangana state government has released the academic calendar for the year 2021-2022 with 213 working days (which includes 47 virtual and 166 physical mode) and April 23, 2022, as the last working day for the year.

The summer vacation would be from April 24, 2022, to June 12, 2022. Incidentally, the Dasara holidays have been declared from October 6, 2021, to October 17, 2021 (12 days) and Sankranthi holidays from January 11, 2022, to January 16, 2022 (six days).  The Christmas holidays for Missionary schools would be from December 22, 2021, to December 28, 2021.

According to a circular issued by the school education department,  the examinations for the SSC students would be held in the month of March and April 2022. The pre-finals for SSC students would be completed before February 28, 2022. The Formative Assessment (FA)-1 from class one to tenth class would be held on October 5. The Summative Assessment-1 for classes one to tenth would be held from December 1 to 8.

The FA-2 for classes one to ninth would be held on February 28 and for the tenth class by January 31, 2022. The SA-2 for one to ninth classes would be conducted from April 7 to 18, 2022. The circular informed the schools to complete the annual day programmes in December 2021 and January 2022 and conduct International Mother language day on February 21, 2022, and national Science day on February 28, 2022.
