One killed and another sustained grievous injury over property dispute

RAJANNA-SIRCILLA: In a ghastly incident, a 25-year-old person was killed and another person sustained serious injuries when they were brutally attacked by their own family members over a property dispute in Fazulnagar village of Vemulawada rural mandal on Tuesday evening.
Reports reaching here said that the Pittala family members in the village had disputes over their ancestors land for years. The land was reportedly registered by Pittala Mahesh (25) and Pittala Rajesham without the knowledge of Pittala Laxminarayana and Pittala Parushuram, who were demanding an equal share in the land and held several panchayats in the village.
After knowing about the registration of the land without their knowledge, Laxminarayana and Parushuram had reported attacking Mahesh and Rajesham with swords. Rajesh was killed on the spot and Rajesham sustained serious injuries and was shifted to hospital. The police have rushed to the spot and registered a case and launched a manhunt to nab the accused.
