One held, 10 litres of Gudumba sachets seized in Ramagiri

PEDDAPALLI: The Ramagiri police have arrested a woman and seized 10 litres of illicitly distilled (ID) liquor also known as ‘Gudumba’ sachets from Rajapur village of the Ramagiri mandal on Sunday.
According to Probationary SI Ch Bhaskara Chary, on credible information about the sale of banned ID liquor in the village, the police have launched the search operations and nabbed Pulipaka Gouramma (52) and seized the ID liquor sachets. Informing that they would not allow the sale and purchase of banned ID liquor, ghutka and Ganja, the SI announced rewards to the people who inform about the sale of the banned products.
