KARIMNAGAR, APRIL 18, 2024: The Karimnagar LMD Lake police rescued a person, who wanted to commit suicide by jumping into the Lower Manair Dam reservoir in Karimnagar town on Thursday.
Medichelimala Rajamallu, 26, resident of Kareempet of Shankarpatnam mandal, visited the LMD site to commit suicide due to family issues. During the patrolling, the Lake police noticed him moving suspiciously. When the police approached him, he poured out his woes of family problems. The police informed his brother and counselled and sent him back to the village. Lake Police RSI A Suresh and others were also present.
