In the run-up to by-polls in Huzurabad, seizure of cash and liquor continues

KARIMNAGAR: In the run-up to the by-elections to the Huzurabad by-elections, the Commissionerate of Police have intensified their drive against the seizure of unaccounted cash and liquor from various parts of the Huzurabad assembly segment on Wednesday.
The police had seized Rs 21,29,680 cash and 78,130 worth Rs 159.84 litres of liquor and registered a total of 13 cases. Besides, they had bound over 106 persons pertaining to 15 cases in the segment, according to an official release here today.
