Rajitha’s children turned orphans as they lost their father eight years ago

KARIMNAGAR:  Heart-wrenching scenes witnessed at the government headquarters hospital in Karimnagar town with orphaned children of the model school teacher Rajitha, who was killed in a road accident in Karimnagar town on Friday morning, crying inconsolably. The victim’s body was bought to government hospital for post-mortem.

Rajitha was having two sons Pragyna (15) and Rishik (12). Pragna is preparing for the ensuing SSC board examinations which would be held from April 3. Eight years ago, Rajitha lost her husband Byreddy Tirupathi Reddy, who died of heart attack. Later, Rajitha dragged on the life and by educating her children by working as PG teacher Maths at TS Model school in Rahimkhanpet village of Illanthakunta mandal in Rajanna-Sircilla district. But, the accident had shattered her dreams and forced her children to become orphans. The relatives and others were unable to console the orphaned children from crying and they were also seen wailing with tears filled in their eyes.

In another tragedy, Rajitha’s parents who live in Gangipalli in Manakondur mandal rushed to Karimnagar town on a two-wheeler following the shocking news of their daughter’s death. Her father Narsimha Reddy met with an accident at Alugunur and sustained fracture injuries and hospitalised.
