Girl kidnap case: ‘No one kidnapped me’ and shared her marriage videos with her lover in social media
RAJANNA-SIRCILLA: In an unusual development, the girl, who was reportedly abducted from her village in Mudapally of Chandurthi mandal in the early hours of Tuesday, had stated that she was not kidnapped and she married her lover at a temple in an undisclosed location in the district.
She also released the marriage videos and pictures in the social media on Tuesday evening (December 20, 2022). Shalini stated that she was in love with Johnny of the same village since last four years and she married him with her consent only. She only informed Johnny to take her away as her family members were performing her marriage another person without her consent. Recently, her engagement was also performed with another boy. She stated that she was having life threat with her parents and urged the parents to provide security to them.
Shalini and Johnny were married a year ago only. However, during the period she was minor and the parents lodged a complaint with the police and arrested Johnny. On December 20,2022, Shalini would turn into major as she attains the age of 18 years. Accordingly, as per perfect sketch, Johnny along with his friends came to the village in a car and took her away.
